Here's the rap on Olsens' bodyguard

Maybe someone should tell Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen that one of their bodyguards - who protects them 24-7 from fans, paparazzi and other riffraff - has a skeleton in his closet.
Court records in Ulster County show that Foster Zeh - who's been on the Olsen twins' security detail for three years - was indicted last year on five counts of insurance fraud, falsely reporting an incident and making a punishable false written statement.
Public records indicate that Zeh pleaded guilty to insurance fraud in the third degree - a felony in New York - and went free on an unconditional discharge last June.
According to the official felony complaint, Zeh falsely claimed that his Honda Civic was stolen from the Hudson Valley Mall in April 2003 and tried to collect more than $3,000 in insurance money.
Yesterday the 46-year-old Zeh, a former guard at the Indian Point nuclear power plant who was lionized by Playboy magazine in 2003 for blowing the whistle on security lapses there, told Lowdown that the charges were reduced to a misdemeanor - contradicting both the Ulster court clerk and county clerk.
"I have all my permits back, all my certifications; nothing was ever revoked. I don't have any felonies," Zeh told Lowdown. "I paid $20. Your article should be that I'm a hero and that I cared enough about the people of New York City that I stood up against the Nuclear Regulatory Council and Indian Point."
Zeh's attorney, Jeremiah Flaherty, didn't return calls.
Informed of Zeh's rap sheet, the Olsen twins' PR rep, Michael Pagnotta, responded: "Mary-Kate and Ashley's company is satisfied with his performance. From our point of view, we're satisfied. Certainly no change is planned."
